I wasn’t expecting much. But it worked. Took a little time. Not instant. Still, I could see a real difference after using it. Happy with it overall

This was my first time ordering from erbellis.com, so I felt like it made sense to keep an eye on everything, especially since I hadn’t used them before. But the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info the next day, and it actually updated normally, which made me feel better about the order.

The package even showed up a little earlier than the estimated date, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m taking off one star because the box was a bit bent when it arrived, and I feel like that’s fair to mention, but everything inside was fine and nothing was damaged...

I messaged support and got a reply way faster than I expected. They answered my question and got it sorted out quick, so no complants here...

I had to return one item because the sizing was, well, not exactly what I expected. I messaged them and they actually got back to me the next day with the return steps, which was nice. The refund showed up on my card a few days later, so thankfully it didn’t turn into one of those endless customer service adventures. Overall, smooth, and I’m happy enough with how it was handled.

I was disappointed with this. It broke after just two days, and the whole thing felt really cheap from the start. Trying to get any kind of help for it kind of felt like begging, which just made me more resentful about the whole purchase.

The price made me expect a little better quality. I’ve bought similar stuff for less elsewhere, so unless they’re running a big discount, I probably wouldn’t order again

The site was actually easy to use, which was nice for once. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout took maybe a minute with no issues. kind of shocking how smooth it was

It’s just nice when something shows up packed with care. The packaging was really solid, and I appreciated that they took the time to make sure it arrived safely.
